Good flooring is only part of the job

From enquiry to installation
A clear process from the start
01. Enquire
Send through your project requirements, plans, specifications, or initial flooring enquiry.
02. Assess
We review the scope and arrange a site inspection where required.
03. Quote
A detailed quote is prepared based on the selected product, preparation requirements, and project scope. Following site attendance, quotes are issued as soon as possible.
04. Schedule
Once approved, the works are programmed around the client’s required timeframe and site access.
05. Deliver
Floor preparation and installation are completed according to the agreed scope.
06. Handover
The completed work is reviewed before project handover.
